When I asked Amanda if her complete disregard for Astrology would dissuade her from being the subject of this month’s column, she said, “It’s true. I tend not to buy into anything that conveys an external locus of control upon one’s life. Although, from what I’ve heard about Taureans, I can agree that I am practical, stable, and at times quite stubborn. Naturally, I think that has nothing to do with the timing of my birth.” Ironically enough, this opinion is quite common to those born under the sign of the Bull.
